Great little trip when you don't want to mess with multiple cars.
Put in at the launch at the Knapp street bridge and start off going up the river. You quickly get away from the bridge and houses, and are surronded by nature. Lots of turtles, some herons, hawks, and lots of other birds, and a muskrat or beaver.
I ended up turning around once I got to Chief Hazy Cloud Park, but the beauty of it is you can just turn around whenever you want and enjoy the easier trip with the current.
If you're looking for white water and rapids, definitely not the trip to take. But if you wake up one morning and need to stracth your nature itch on a whim, and with only one car, this is great.
