Nice easy Sunday paddle. Plenty of places to pull over to take in sights and sounds. If you are paddling with other people there will be spots where you'll have to go single file, to go through downed trees and narrow spaces. Saw a lot of turtles, some otters and other kayakers on the trip. You can go right for 1.2 miles and left for about .5 miles before turning around because of downed trees. Worth it!
Safety Notes
If you go right you will have 1.2 miles of water until it is blocked off by down trees (see photo), still a fun paddle!
Conditions
Some spots are tight squeezes between fallen trees. Some shallow water spots with boulders, so keep an eye out.
