To be used as a reference. Put in Wallace Bridge out at Saffolds Bridge. USGS gauge at N Meherrin Gauge was approx 16.5 CFS and HWY 637 gauge was at 100 CFS. A decent float but would be difficult if the water was much lower. Steep entry and exit under each bridge. Several trees across the North Meherrin but passable, none below the confluence of the Middle and South Rivers. Expect 6-8 hours. Cell service for the first hour or two and random after that.
