For the person that said they did this trip on the 4thbof July, I call bullshit! The only truth to your story was the fact that the river does run from Mitchell Park to Frame Park and you do have to portage your Kayak around a foot bridge. Other than that it is a either a fantasy or a cruel joke. I just got done with this, 3 hour trip as you call it, I. 5 and a half hours with multiple log jams, weeds beyond belief and a final obstical that thankfully there were two people, from down river, to help us get past it. There is no way in hell you did this trip in 3 hours with 2 ten year old boys! If anyone has any thoughts of doing this trip DON'T. YOU WILL REGRET EVERY THING ABOUT IT!
