Easy flatwater paddle. Put in at Desoto Falls State Park (above the falls). Paddle upstream until you're tired and float back. Can paddle as far north as Mentone at Hwy 177 where there is a small dam blocking way surrounded by private properties. Full trip time was 3 hours. No motor boat traffic in late November.
