I started from the ramp at the marina south along the eastern side of Treasure Island. Lots of birds and fish. Fish were surfacing all around. Too much trash. Went 2.4 miles to the southern tip of the island, then turned around. There was a slight, intermittent breeze. There were very few boats. I saw three total.
