Launched from East Beach County Park on Marrowstone Island and paddled across Admiralty Inlet in Puget Sound to Whidbey Island. We were concerned the wind might come up and it can get incredibly rough very quickly. So we headed back across and paddled south to Nodule Point on Marrowstone and then back along the shore to East Beach. We always hope to spot a whales here, we have a few times. But not this day. Saw numerous eagles and seals and a large vee of geese headed north. Very calm day on the water
