This is a fairly uneventul run. The first mile or so has some debri/fallen trees to work around but with someone who has been before, it is easily navigated. This would be good practice for beginners or those who aren't used to moving water. It's about a 6 mile kayak and it takes roughly 2-3 hours to paddle depending on how often you stop at the beach areas along the way.
