Trip Overview
A great place to kayak if you own. Renting is somewhat cumbersome, but easy in a pinch. Nice route under the bridge, around the beach, and over to a few islands. Haven't explored any yet. Lots of animals to be seen, too- lilies, frogs, turtles, and woodchucks on occasion. Power boats can be aggressive and disrespectful of kayaks and other boats- make sure to wave because they breeze on by.
