Trip Overview

Northerly paddle on Lake Champlain. Stops at Shelburne Beach and Shelburne Point. Easy access to Burlington if needed. Winds were SE at 3 - 5 mph. Lake Champlain can be rough waters at times and changes in the weather are unpredictable. Water temperatures are 70 degrees in mid August. Beautiful wildlife, eagles, osprey and loons.
