Trip Overview

Launch just below Blue Ridge Dam at the Blue Ridge Mountain Kayaking Co. and paddle 7-miles on aquarium-like, crystal-clear water. World-class trout fishing! Historic bridges! Beautiful home to look at along the route. Takeout is just past Curtis Switch Road Bridge, River Right, to Curtis Switch Boat Launch. My family has had a home in Blue Ridge for 35+ years.
