Trip Overview

Seven Miles paddle from Pacific Palisades to Allenton on the Meramec River in Missouri. Seven paddlers from the St. Louis Canoe and Kayak club took part of the outing. My little Apex 100 -Pelican sit-on-top was the shortest kayak from all others and it took much effort to keep up with the other longer boats. Normally I paddle a touring kayak at least 16 feet long.
