Conditions

Light winds and currents. Low tide on way out (had pull kayak across a 20ft mud flat at Hope Island were I camped), otherwise near high tide on return next day. Currents slack on way out, and 1.5 knots (helping) on way back. Be careful of currents near Deception Pass which can get strong.
