went up to check it out and while there are no "no trespassing" or "private ramp" signs... it certainly has that feel. I drove around a little neighborhood there looking for someone to ask - no dice. I didn't launch my yak, considering using it tomorrow tho.. someone with experience with the ramp that could answer the "is it open to the public?" question would be fantastic.
