We put in on Weymouth Rd and for exercise my friend Dave and I usually paddle upstream and than come back to our same launch. We quickly found how swift the water was within first couple of minutes; had the heart rate up paddled about an hour and half or a little longer upstream before throwing in the towel had definitely worked up a sweat! The trip down stream was so easy back to the takeout in about a half hour good time and great exercise.

rt 322 south (black horse pike) to weymouth road either launch at weymouth furnace or continue past furnace staying left and about a mile up on left is a dirt area to launch
