Took my son and a buddy up here for our first trip kayaking. We appreciated the still water, clean environment, and lack of powerboats. We'll be back. No fees to get on the water unless you choose to rent a kayak, canoe, or stand up paddleboard. Swimming is free from the beach. There are fees if you camp overnight or make use of their Offroad Vehicle trails.
