9 mile paddle in just over 5 hours. Put in at McDowell and paddled North to Mack Rd. Northbound saw fast currents and low areas that required portages to find deeper waters. First portage was within the first 1/4 mile. Mack south to McDowell was much more enjoyable with only minor navigation around the rocks especially near the roadways. I picked up 2 pool inflatables and a mop handle that were stuck along the way
