2 hours and 20 minute trip via the river and 35 minutes back via bike. Water moves pretty swiftly from Peninsula to Boston, a lot of flat water from Vaughn Road to Station Road. River has a lot of curves the whole way, and there is a large island near the end of the run- the channel around the island on the left seems deeper.
