Trip Overview
Great paddling trip from Woods Ferry Recreation Center to the Hwy 34 Bridge.
Journeyed nearly the full extent of the Sumter National Forest. With a dispersed camping permit we could pull off whenever we got tired. We used hammocks and camped two nights to get across the park.
Excellent journey. Very safe and very easy paddle. much of the day we just floated and talked but we still made great progress. We will be doing this again.
