Trip Overview

We got to the lake around 7:00. It's very remote, 3 miles down a gravel road. Easy access at the boat ramp. There was only one other boat there, and they were picking blueberries.

My husband fished the lake, while I paddled around. We saw several large beaver and a bald eagle at the top of the lake. The water was very warm, and my husband only caught one small perch.
