Trip Overview

Beautiful!!!

High rock cliffs on one side, wildlife on the other. This is a large pond and most of it is just a few feet deep. Clear, still water and wildlife everywhere.

My girl and I went on a romantic day trip here and it was beautiful. We shared a gaze at a swan sitting on her eggs, countless turtles, geese, vast vegetation and so much more.

It is quiet - NO MOTOR BOATS! We saw boats with motors, but they are not allowed. Rowing only. Fishing was allowed, but I saw no one catching any.

Accommodations:

We saw only a parking places for a couple dozen, a ramp and a picnic table. No bathrooms - just nature.

Fees:

Free
