Trip Overview

July 2012

The only reason this was difficult was because of the log jams.

We put in at Black Creek park in Chili, NY and got out at the Genesee River. This trip took 8- (YES 8)-hours. We had to get out and portage around log jams about 15 times. Most of these were through nettles and ivy.

It was a very nice ride except for all the jams. And did not expect it to take so long- the Black Creek is very meandering!
