Trip Overview

Approximately a 12 mile return journey around spectacular coastline. Countless beautiful coves and beaches only accessible by small boats and kayaks. Once clear of the busy beach at Bigbury, you'll find yourself amongst some of the best rock gardens and sea caves this part of Devon has. If you're a fan of rock hopping, this area won't disappoint!

Safety Notes

This area is known for its big surf. Even in flat conditions expect about a 1ft swell on the coast. If camping, check tides first using Ordnance Survey map, or look for waterlines on the beach.

Gear Notes

If conditions aren't good, a radio would be advisable. There is No mobile signal in this location.
