We launched at Kinzua Tailwaters Boat Ramp and got out at Allegheny Outfitters Outdoors Store. It was a small dirt path but had a sign and easy to find. About 8.5 miles

Was paddling against wind in some areas
Portage Notes
Has to carry kayaks to the water from the truck. When exiting the river, had to carry up a short dirt hill.
