A pair of public boat ramps with excellent parking, picnic benches, and easy walking access to dining and drinking in Downtown Elizabeth City. Located across the street from the Museum of the Albemarle, this park is also the center of MANY local events, such as the annual Potato Festival, Juneteenth celebrations, as well as fireworks displays for the 4th of July and New Years Eve.
