Excellent launch site, with provision for handicap access (see photo here and on Google Maps' description.

Paddle 1.5 or more miles upstream depending on water levels and interest in getting past downed trees. Paddle about 2.75 miles downstream, with some portaging past downed trees, to Town of Ulster access (unimproved, not handicap accessible).
