Ramp and launch located behind medical center. Parking is located near the medical building. The parking lot is sandwiched east of Plum Point Park and west of Brambleton Ave. Of all the parking spots in the lot, the majority of the northern portion of the lot is private. There are only six parking spots allocated for Plum Point Park (not including handicap spots). Each of these six parking spots is clearly designated with a sign at curb-end of the parking spot. The walk from the closest parking spot to the kayak launch is approximately 370 ft.
