Description
The property is a former gravel mining operation that resulted in two bodies of water totaling approximately 70 acres. A majority of the property is located in the flood plain of Wildcat Creek, with about 25 forested acres above flood plain. The property will support a multitude of recreational uses including fishing, hiking and fitness trails, canoeing and kayaking, bird watching and picnicking. Tippecanoe County Parks.
Open dawn to dusk. Kayaks, canoes, windboards, and electric motorized boats only. No swimming. Catch and release fishing only. Pets on leashes. No camping or open fires. No alcohol.
Two boat launches. A semi-paved ramp for trailer boats on the south side. And a walk-in launch on the east side.
Large sandbox for children.
