No dock here. Just a small access spot to put in a kayak or canoe at the eastern edge of the Ithaca Farmers Market. The parking is in the farm market's lot, so it could be hard to get to the water when the farm market is in session. (Very crowded on the Saturday we were there, 10/4/20, so instead we went to Cass Park's "Dragon Boat" launch, just across the waterway, where there are both docks and a small beach launch spot.
