Description

Hidden driveway behind an old building on the left (going North) just before crossing Phillips Creek. Not much parking but enough space to get a couple trucks and trailers in to unload. Decent sized rocky area at the intersection of Phillips Creek and Genesee River. Great launch point just below the dam in Belmont. Beware this section of the river has lots of sharps turns and is fairly fast.
