No parking is allowed on the Dam itself. You can pull up to the chain to offload. Parking is allowed at the informal cut-outs along Rattlesnake Hill Road, and on Carter Lane (don't block the fire hydrant, infringe on someone's lawn, or park too close to the intersection).
