Tourist should not paddle back in here. Locals—ask around—make it clear that it is highly unsafe to venture back into a territory that—in the words of a local kayak rental shop—is “very, very, very local”. That is, tourists would put themselves in danger by making themselves visible back in that area. “Free parking” set to No because “you might pay” if you venture into this stream despite warnings.
