This is a good boat ramp with a floating dock that is run by the Department of Fish and Wildlife. A Discover pass is required to park in the lot. The Tide is not an issue at the boat ramp but definitely can be if you had upriver or out for the Columbia.
If you're feeling adventurous you can reach Gray's river which is several miles away.
