Launch site has very limited parking due to a Fire Water Stand Pipe. Basically the whole cleared side of the road is a no parking area. So I parked just past the no parking sign that is damaged still allowing access for fire trucks to access the water pipe. The launch spot is just at the stand pipe with a steep gravel bank and some space at the waters edge to get in your kayak or canoe. Meandering river going downstream is fantastic for paddling for about 2 km until you come to rapids near where there are two houses. It is worth the paddling time. For me it was 2 hours to the rapids and back.
