There is a small area to park beside a concrete slab crossing the river. Put in here and paddle to Chewey Bridge is 13 miles. There are 2-3 shallow places if water is low. Very beautiful, peaceful section of the river. Obtain a permit from Hanging Rock floats on Hwy 10 or Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission/Grand RIver Dam Authority for $1.00 day or $10.00 year.
