Two points of entry on bank next to the Castles car park. One located by the boating dock the second by the bridge. This location is perfect as a stop off point as there is a cafe and a pub, both offering great food. An extra bonus is the beautiful view of the castle. This is a national trust site so the car park does charge. There is also parking available by the pub which is free to park in. Toilets are available at the castle by the car park entrance. YOU CAN NO LONGER LAUNCH FROM THIS POINT. OR FROM ANYWHERE LONG THE BANK THAT RUNS THROUGH THE CASTLE GROUNDS.
