Description
This access point is on the private property of the Eoff Ranch. Dan Eoff, the owner, is very friendly to paddlers so far. Get permission to enter at the West Gate of the ranch off Highway 95 West of Clinton. You will be crossing cattle guards and pasture on a dirt drive to get down to the river. Park off the drive so as not to block the road as this is a working ranch.
If you are from out of the area, you can probably contact the land owner through their store Bar Of Feed and Ranch supply at 225 South Street in Clinton. Their number is listed as 501-745-8407.
A Paddle from here to the Highway 65 bridge is about 2 hours in decent conditions.
