Description

Access on Forest Road 365 off Arran Road from Crawfordville; then right on FR348; then left on FR 329 to the upper put-in off the bridge. The first take out is 5 miles downstream at the NF343 bridge. Water levels are crucial: no less then nine feet, ten is ideal and above eleven is not as interesting. USGS real time data for the Mt. Beeser Bridge gauge. Somewhat technical, hence it is not included in FPT Literature. Since it adjoins the Bradwell Bay Wilderness there are parking lots in both locations.
