If you're looking for a great kayak for family leisure use, this is perfect. Very stable, so I've had no problem having my son ride with me since he was 1.5 years old. Very hard to tip and always feels quite stable. The moveable seats are great! I can use one seat to ride solo, or two seats when riding with my husband or a friend. Have used it with two adults and one child with no problem. The flat bottom is also great for storing upright in our garage through the winter. Only cons - because of it's width I find it a little tricky to get on/off the kayak rack and it is definitely not meant for speed.
