I have owned the Vasa SUP erg for almost a year, and I consider it to be an indispensable piece of exercise equipment. I live on a lake (in Canada), and from April to November I am an enthusiastic recreational SUPer. But I found myself using the Vasa even in the summer. The high quality workout and the increase in functional strength and mobility is unbelievable. For SUPers, or swimmers and kayakers, or anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness and strength, this machine is really without equal in my experience. This is a purchase you will not regret!
