I tried 4-5 other kayaks and nothing else felt quite right or tracked horribly. I hopped in this kayak and it was larger and heavier than what i wanted. Also the seat was weird. So before getting in I had a negative opinion of it. Plus it was $300-$400 over what I wanted to spend. I got in it and said wow that seats comfortable. Also I would be part time fishing out of it and the seat moves up and back for easier fishing. I thought wow great design. It also didn't have a dry hatch so that was a negative. Well I paddled around in it for quite a while and loved it. I got a great price on it too. So needless to say in the end I loved it and most of the negatives I ended up liking. They make a dry bag for $20 and there is a nice place to put it on the back of the kayak. Also there is a small dry hatch for a water bottle and a sliding cup holder and tray. The only negative I could think of is its a bit slow to turn and get up to speed. Once up o speed its easy to maintain. The seat is to die for. Very comfortable and removable so that's very cool. Honestly its a great boat and would recommend it to any medium to larger sized person.
