I have owned a Prijon Seayak for 15 years, and have paddled throughout Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Lake Huron and the Georgian Bay in Canada. The Seayak is great for "kayak camping" to many of the islands in these waters. This is a very stable kayak with more than adequate storage. I really like the upturned nose which provides added assurance during windy and wavy conditions. For the recreational paddler that wants big lake capability I would highly recommend the Seayak!
