I glanced at the prior reviews and I saw quite a few 10/10. No different with me. Just add "ditto" to the great reviews and comments. For those deciding on your kayak purchase, how many kayak makers are there? 60? 70? You probably have QCC in your top 3 and that's expected. But, you got to consider the world class customer service that QCC provides. "Talk the Talk and Walk the Walk" is what QCC does when it comes to customer service. I don't care if it is a kayak, bike, flashlight or a stove I don't care how pretty it is, I want quality and outstanding customer service and that is what QCC provides.
