Ive been paddling this kayak for almost a year now and love it. I can stand in it for a short time but need to practice. I added the rudder which made the handling so much better. The seat is very comfortable and I can fish all day from it. It has a height adjustment. I have taken the kayak beyond the breakers and it did very well. extremely stable and the price is not too bad.
