I just bought a Pelican Trailblazer and had a chance to try it out over the weekend. I bought two (one for my wife) fishing Kayaks. We did not have time to fish, but really put them through the motions on a local reservoir. That involved paddling upstream in a creek and across the current with other boats and jet skis in the area.

I will say that the Trailblazer is by far the best Kayak for the price I have ever used. It tracks so well you find yourself testing it without thinking. It is roomy and comfortable. The foot pegs are easy to use and the seat was comfortable for a three to four hour paddle. Could use some padding for the knees, but I am sure I can add that.
