Complete 1 Circuit in 5 Minutes

Over & Back (30 sec)

Round The World (30 sec)

Twist N Shout (30 sec)

Side 2 Side (30 sec)

Wrist Twist (30 sec each arm)

Single Leg Paddle Press (30 sec each leg)

Lateral Reach “Paddle Rainbow” (30 sec each side)
