I paddle on a lake where it’s calm in the morning, but the wind can come up quickly. This is a very stable kayak that holds its own in the wind and small waves. It’s easy to maneuver, travels straight, and is very streamlined. I am 5’7” and 125 pounds and it fits me perfectly. It’s easy to get in and out both on a dock or the shore. Glad I bought this Several years ago.

I'm 64 years old, new to the sport and am totally hooked. My adult neice and I rented a Bic board mid summer and we both totally loved it. I purchased my board in September and in spite of the cool weather and water, boarded until I nearly froze.
I live on a lake in Canada and it will be a long winter waiting to get back, "on board"! My only wish is for a second board for my neice or a friend to join me.
This board glides beautifully and also takes the chop and boat wake often present on the lake.
Pros
Mostly how it take chop and boat wake.
Cons
This is difficult as I feel I was sold the right board for both me and the lake I live on. I can't say enough about the knowledge of the staff member at Kirby Ski Shop in Oshawa, Ontario.
I do feel the board is too nice and too delicate to loan - or perhaps I just don't want to share.
Usage
I use the board for exercise and touring, the latter I would do more of if I had a companion boarder.
