For context, I'm 5'10" and go 185-190 lbs. I'm an experienced paddler with sea kayaks and whitewater. I was looking for a fun exercise boat that would also suffice for occasional trips to surf locales, but didn't want anything extreme. I also wanted a "true ski" not an adapted sea kayak hull.
I have some fairly skinny sea kayaks in my fleet and was able to just get on the Big Eze and go without much adjustment in style or balance. It's fast and reasonably docile. Riding waves and following seas is a blast. The provided rudder was perfect for me although you can easily change out for different lengths.
Seating is comfortable as is the footwell. I didn't find the latter true for all brands. It's very light and easy to carry, but the handles on either side of the cockpit are a welcome feature. Remounts are a breeze. The footbraces/straps are a easy to adjust and work well.
For my purposes, can't think of a thing I would change.
