Submitted by: paddler567941 on 11/24/2019

I bought the board few years ago, awesome board, easily catches waves, handles like a 9'6" longboard, I really enjoyed it and great to paddle around in calm waters. But, after I bought it, few times in the water I notice the the deck pad absorbed tons of water, making the board much heavier, without the extra water it could have performed much better. I year after I bought it (15 to 20 times in the water) the deck pad started to bubble all over (perfect sense since the pad is absorbing water and the adhesive is losing strength), called the distributor, he was well aware of the situation (terrible deck pad), blew me off. I am replacing the deck pad on my own. I will never buy another Laird product again.

For a big guy there is nothing like it. I have ridden everything from the C$ Holoholo to custom Infinity boards. For me (270ish lbs, 6'7") this thing is a dream. At my weight I can push the rail in pretty deep, and it turns amazingly well for the size. I'm pretty sure they're discontinued. If you're a big guy, snap one up if you still can.

A 12'6" board that offers good stability, but also pretty good performance. Pros It is lightweight and it is stable, even in choppy conditions. Cons It is a little sluggish when turning on waves. Usage I use it as an all around board- paddling for exercise and for riding surf.
