Rain Freight Panniers

I found these at a great price on Amazon a couple of years ago. Large nearly watertight roll up closure bags are tough yellow heavyweight panniers with easy to use bike rack clips with twist locks that secure them in seconds. Handles make for easy transport between my bike racks (front or back) and inside any storage compartment of my Hobie Mirage Tandem Island using a full length piece of 3/8" Dacron line strung along either side of main hull to keep them upright and in one place. Caution; outside zipper pockets are not totally watertight. Ample main compartments can each hold almost a "grocery bag sized" amount of stuff. And yes, I have used them while shopping for groceries ... but they also have stood up to holding 12 volt SLA batteries (with parallel wiring) extending the range on my eBike and still holding all my gear. Love these bags!
